My name is Alexandra Thompson. I am the creative mind and the work force behind Heart and Sugar Confections, besides being the designer, the baker, chocolatier; I am also the extremely proud mother of outstanding and handsome boy – Vlad and the very privileged wife to my incredible husband Bruce! We live in the hills of the Santa Maria Valley just 10 miles east from the Pacific Ocean in California.

I have a love of creating delicious cupcakes, cake pops, as well as celebration cakes of all descriptions and of course anything Chocolate. Everything is made with the utmost care and precision and will be the talk of your event as well as being absolutely delicious. I believe "It has to look great, but it has to taste even better!!"
